Tim Gustafson is knowledgeable in designing,

He began his career 15 years ago with an MS degree
in Training and Development and a desire to help companies' best use the
resources they have. He can conduct needs analysis, write proposals,
design programs, develop project plans, develop training and communication
materials, facilitate leader training, and conduct seminars.

and relates well with employees at all levels and backgrounds. Tim has an
extensive background in the financial, technology, telecommunications, and
retail industries. Tim has developed training that improved the ability of
managers to lead their companies.
Tim keeps his skills current through active involvement in the
professional organizations of the International Society for Performance
Improvement and the American Society of Training and Development. Two
years ago he met the requirements of those organizations to become a
